i think it should be easier to caught woohooing with someone you're not dating or married to.
sims are so loud when they woohoo, but the poor sim who is being cheated on can be in the next room and not know the other sim is cheating on them {rolleyes}

like if it was a chick u was playing a guy could come on to them and a box would pop asking if you want to flirt back and it will end up as a one night stand if you say yes other wise he will simply leave

that's a cool idea... But it's a bit mature fo rthe sims.
Maybe it should just be easier to woohoo. I mean, you shouldn't have to be in love to woohoo (except for teens, but they shouldn't woohoo anyway) maybe if you had a crush and more than 30 lifetime relationship you can woohoo.
There should also be an option for sympathetic woohoo or meaningless woohoo.
Sympathetic woohoo should be just to comfort other sims if they have an unhappy moodlet or are sad, or grieving. It should not promote romance and should raise or lower the friendship score (depending if the sad sim has a partner at the time)
Meaningless woohoo would be like a one night stand between friends. It should not lower or heighten the relationship score or promote romance. however, unlike sympathetic woohoo, it can be done at any time, happy or sad.

Well, actually for me it's like that for kissing and stuff. if my sims woohoo on the one side of the biggest lot, the person being cheated on all the way on the other side will know and find out. you basically can't woohoo on the same lot as the being cheated on partner.

I really do love the idea of meaningless WooHoo, and it's happening, because of the whole 'sleep with boss for promotion' thingy-ma-bob. Can't wait for that! My Sims will, eh.... be making good use of that. {shifty}
