Yes they could, but not that much as they earn on the EP's.
And I kind of like the EP's, because they give something new to my sims.
But they should put cars and seasons in the first one, and maybe given us something new later.

i like the idea of putting the expansion packs from the sims 2 into the first version of sims 3, and then coming out with new ep's for sims 3, so we don't have to buy basically the same ep's all over again but for TS3. do ya get what i mean?

But also, if they stuff too much into the basegame, we will be too overwhelmed by new things, if you know what I mean. There'd be too much to take in. But yeah, I'm hoping for some new, original EP's for TS3 too.

And they can use more time to put in greater places to go on holiday,
maybe better cats and dogs and even more animals,
and new stuff we have never seen before.
