Well actually, they kind of can already. Male sims stand up, and sometimes they sit down.

Yeah, but I never think "Of look, he's having a poo because he's sat down". I honestly don't care about poo and wee, but if you do then it's your opinion, not mine.

You know, now that I think about it. I think it would be awesome to have a constipated sim. A message could pop up saying "Uh oh, your sim isn't feeling too well. Might want to head to the bathroom."
I think a lot more types of illnesses should be incorporated into the game. Maybe headaches too...sims will be more likely to snap at each other.

True...that would make sense. Hopefully there will be headaches, though, as I get them quite often and tend to be a bit more tired and frustrated when I do have one. The Sims could act the same way.

It'd definitely fit in with the "crude humour" of The Sims.
Anyway, they had constipated sims in the console versions of TS2.
