I have never liked big families (maybe cos I come from one).
I will be happy to start with 1 sim, and try not to let anything bad happen to him or her.
As for what EA may have planned, I think they might limit the amount of Sims per family. But they know the fans always want more, so they may make them bigger.

I am also going to start out small. One or two sims. That way I can get a feel for the game before I jump in and start making babies all over the place!! lol

Maybe you got mistaken with what I said, sense yesterday I said that I saw apartments above the shops so there may be apartments. I may have worded it wrong to make it sound like I said there would not be apartments.
