yes you should also have the option to choose wether a sim is dead or not (i know that's been said above i'm agreeing with that not suggesting a new idea)
this would also fit with the idea of a younger sim living with a grdanparent/s or aunt/uncle because it's parents died

i think you should be able to make sims related to people already in the neighborhood
like if you have a girl living in pleasantown and then you want "sister" to move there too, you should be able to make them related
because if not then you would have to plan the whole thing out from the beginning and you can only mak 8 sims

....Actually I like the fact that you 'have' to find a job and a boy/girlfriend. It makes the game more challenging and fun. But CAS will be much improved ;]]
