Not necessarily, you can use MTS2.
I Don't have ANY freckles though, you should be able to choose the density of them and stuff, and It should be genetic.

I agree with Adam. I have freckles but they're a very light brown and you can only really see them when I'm hot and it's sunny.

I would love to have freckles my mom has some and its sooo pretty. I would like it to be in the game and not have to download them .

Yeah! Freckles would be cool, like you could put a freckle or a mole on your neck OR ON THE SIMS BUTT
