It will be one disc, and it's a DVD (Ok, maybe 2 at the most!).
There's not much sense in releasing a game in the CD-format right now. 4 years ago it made sense, not now.

its because i have a lot of things to do while its installing.
i have a lot of books, magazines, a cell phone, a TV, and of course, simsforums.

I only had to use one for the original game, cos I got a Mac, And from what I remember it didn't take toooooo long to install.

I agree, I think it will be well worth it, after the game is relased. I can hardly wait till Feb.

due to the dvd disks,
the sims2 only used cds and the special edition used dvds...
