haha sorry their simply saying that apartments are shipping with the game and that a new neighbourhood will be available to download after the game is released LOL.

Thats a good question, but knowing EA they just wanted us to wait even more even though we've waited sooo long for the sims 3.

I dont really know but they better not! we've waited sooo long for this game and to postpone more stuff would be outrageous.

I don't see them delaying again. They obviously aren't on a tight schedule because they just took a 2 week break.
