I have a nerval disorder, I can't be near a huge crowd of people I know or I freak out, can't talk and just freeze.

I am glad t ohear there is nothing serious!!!
I knew a guy with Turret syndrom, although it was a very mild case, he twitched a lot mostly.
I have social anxiety, so I know how you feel there. Even making a phone call to someone I don't know can send me into a panic attack :\
