I love your idea Plupp! I like University for Sims 2, but yes it has some weak points and could be made much better for Sims 3. You forgot the mascots. They must be there to annoy and fight! I love the cow mascot.

I would like to also see fun things like
Vacations- for the whole campus(beach,Alaska,what ever)
sports-play any sport
Activities-play volleyball,Mud wrestling ,also have truth or dare parties
