I've been informed via thread on DBC that TJ is cracking down on multiple accounts on a single IP address.
Some of us have more than one account, whether they are all ours or split up amongst family members. Should you suddenly find one or more of your scrolls has been "burned" that is most likely the reason. So, should you be one of the few who have multiple scrolls that are strictly yours, tread carefully about revealing this information.

Why do people have multiple accounts in the first place? Is there a limit to the number of dragons you can have?

As far as I know of, no. There is unlimited room for Adult Dragons on each scroll. But, people get desperate over eggs (as I've said, it's an addictive game) and will make new scrolls to be able to get these new eggs. Such as the Seasonal eggs which are limited to the season they are born in.
