The poll -
Bomb Pepper for always looking like a bulldog chewing a wasp & for dating a guy with a girly hairdo & eyes betraying he's one of the Boys From Brazil. You don't want your legacy to be responsible for breeding the next Adolf Hitler do you? Ruby's done little to earn any interest, so that leaves Scarlet. I think she will be a late developer, so she gets my vote.
