Yeah, I was completely disappointed. I remember waiting all night for the site to open. Even if it was just or two new things, that would have been nice. But everything was already shown elsewhere @.@

A lot of you need to realize that just because it was on another site, doesn't mean EAxis is "recycling" any photos. ALL of the pics on other sites were taken from a PAID magazine. They were scanned (that explains the bad quality) Those who paid decided to be nice enough to share photos to a few sites so that we can get a sneak peek before the site launched.
I didn't expect to see too much though I hoped there were a few extras or maybe a trailer but it's not out for another year. Be assured that you will see MORE in the following months. Eaxis has held a tight lip on most things, they put up their sims3 warning site, and they delivered a few emails to keep sites posted but they never promised to give the whole thing away so quickly. Remember that Eaxis still has a non disclosure agreement when it comes to not being able to release too much information. Other sites are the ones responsible for posting scanned pics that weren't really supposed to surface until the new site was up. Of course, thanks to the internet we have the technology to see just about anything once it's released anywhere.
Keep simming, and have some patience, you still have yet, another WHOLE year for the game to surface.

I wasn't disappointed. Okay, so I'd have loved to see some videos. But there were a few pics there I hadn't seen yet. And to be honest, if I hadn't seen those mega improved sim pics I was hesitant I was even getting Sims 3. Some of the pics I'd been seeing of the sim characters themseves were awful.
Hey, did anyone sign up for the VIP membership while you were there?? I did ;D

I did expect some videos or a load of new screen shots so I'm disappointed by that. But, it's still early and I'm sure they'll release new information soon.
