Oh I TOTALLY agree! I think injuries would be WAY cool but no blood. Like they could do something and and break a bone or get stitches and have to go to the hospital. But knowing sims they would go to the hospital and you wouldnt be able to see them there and then they would come home an hour later healed lol but it would be cool if you could like see them at the hospital and then they come home with a cast. I think a hospital would be a GREAT in sims 3 especially so then moms dont have babies in the middle of the house standing up and twirling around haha. =]] Also, sims should be able to get sick and have to stay in the hospital or something and you can control them in the hospital.

with the trait system, it'd be great to see the sims at a hospital...you could have a flirty sim go around goosing all the nurses or a workaholic one fighting with the docs to get released
