You should be able to have 'scary mode', haha. I'd like a bit of horror in TS3, but I don't want a horror movie, just... some more scary features.

I have an idea maybe when you play for about 1-3 sim years there would be better technolgy and aliens would like "park" land on the front lawn of city hall and live peacfully with the people
