1.teen+elderly pregnancy
2.prom+graduation for teen sims
3. hospital for mums to check up on baby and see if it a boy or girl also give birth in hospital
4.accidents like car crash break a bone rushed in ambulance to hospital
5. teenage jobs baby sitting
6.holidays off school + work celbratin easter,christmas+halloween
7.elders can die of heart attack
8.valentines day
9.anniversary parties
10.funerals, wedding in churches done by priest
11. teen sims fancying adult sims
12.being mayor,president
13.new jobs: model.prostetute,popstar
14.can be maid,nanny or social worker
15. special gay/lesbianne weddings
17. give children up for adoption
18. teen sims can get exspelled frm school for gettin pregnant not doin hwk and skipping school , grade f
