YAY apartments.,, yep i agree we NEED em.... but dont let screens confuse you pics of appartments might just be objects in the neighboor hood like the blocks in TS2

And apartments could work different then dorms. Insted of when someone moves in and you play as both of the people, you can select the household you want to play in.
