That is a great idea! But hey; wouldn't that take a bit of time? How many days would it took for her to have her baby/water break? I want to know. I wouldn't want it to take long so I don't see my baby ;_;

They might not make it longer at all. it might still be three days..but time could still go slower..ya never know.

It would be awesome if the mother was bigger (not thin) during her pregnancy and that raised the childs chances of getting fat, like he gotbigger faster and it could work the other way around also, if your mum was fit during pregnancy it would be easier for your sim to stay fit as they got older

Yeah, I agree. The typical eating routines of the parents should affect the child. If the kids' parents eat takeaways (takeout) every night and have a habit of buying microwave meals and rarely preparing their own food, then the kid should pick that up and be just the same. And if the child's parents are health-freaks, always going for daily jogs and making meals from scratch, I want the kid to be like that. I really want to see the parent in the kid.

Yeah, parents should be way more involved. And you could have ones that were overbearing and would lecture their children to play piano or do homework. THat would be fun to watch espicially if the pictures over the head had them telling their kids they werent gonna make it into college, trying to itimidate them. Maybe a perfectionest parent would be like that? and you could also have the parents try to be friends with their kids and the kids could act embaressed about it

I hope thats apart of their meaning for behaviors affecting offspring.

like if there was smoking && the mother smoked, the bay could have defects or even be stillborn.

Haha, I must be like my dad too, which is a very bad thing. I don't know how much I must be like him as I don't live with him and have only met him 4 times, but I'm not much like my mum so I'd assume I get most of me from him. :-\
