Honestly, not sure.
I've heard yes and I've heard no.
Keep it fogged for as long as possible (either until it's down to 2 days before it needs to grow up, or until it says they aren't sick anymore). If they get below 3 days to grow up, unfog them and I can post them to the ER site.
I posted Rena's eggs to the ER site when they only had 2 days and 12 hours left to hatch, and they hatched within an hour of being posted :3

(we are going home from vacation tomorrow, so we will be in the car).One has like 4 days, and the other has 3 days and 8 hours.

Hard for me to explain. But I did it with Witchie once. It's how I got Ginger Blood's egg.
It required me to know the exact URL (which she provided) and a lot of refreshing and making sure I grabbed it at soon as it showed up.
Kind of tricky, in case you haven't noticed.
