Re: Harry Potter - Official Thread 2! - gothika - 19-11-2009 04:46 AM Yes. You have to suffer like the rest of us. Blehh. Yes...I have read it. u.u I have the british version of the book. I think it looks better...although the American version is classical imo. Okay....tomorrow I'm going to dedicate reading HBP from the start. Then, if I finish it tomorrow then I will read DH on Saturday becuase watching HBP has made me sad but excited and motivated. Re: Harry Potter - Official Thread 2! - serp3821 - 19-11-2009 06:21 AM hopefully this weekend my mom does buy me the book i am looking forward it so bad! and there is a deadline for me finish the book that i`m reading by the end of this freakin month {cursing} w/e i will li9ve lol Re: Harry Potter - Official Thread 2! - Cassie - 19-11-2009 07:34 AM (19-11-2009 04:35 AM)@Steven! link Wrote:oh God, and you`re going to make me read it? lol Read a lot so you can read faster. And just forget about life and don't do anything but read. Sometimes I even put snacks next to me so I don't even have to get up to eat [lazy]. :] So which are you reading Steven? Half-Blood Prince? Re: Harry Potter - Official Thread 2! - serp3821 - 19-11-2009 08:05 AM mmmm...... i think Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix but I am also thinking about Harry Potter HBP... IDK yet, but either one I will choose but [removed] says that in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, many secrets are unveiled Re: Harry Potter - Official Thread 2! - Cassie - 19-11-2009 06:21 PM It's a very big one to start off with you know. Biggest one of the series by far. That's the only reason I didn't suggest it. It depends what you're after... OotP = plot development HBP = character development. OotP is more dark and angsty, HBP is lighter. Have you read all the other books beforehand though? Otherwise it's not going to make sense at all, no matter which book you choose.
Re: Harry Potter - Official Thread 2! - serp3821 - 19-11-2009 09:07 PM yeah, the first three and I`ve seen the films also except for HBP, but I have seen order of the Phoenix I think? Re: Harry Potter - Official Thread 2! - Cassie - 19-11-2009 09:25 PM Why don't you read Goblet of Fire then, that's the fourth one. ![]() LOL Steven. {rolleyes} |
