I agree with you.... the eyes could do with being more realistic..... that is one of the things I liked about the custom content you guys made some awesome and very realistic eyes and they made a lot of difference to the realism of a sim.... the eyes on sims3 just look vacant and no realism to them... maybe they will work on that.....they have still got a fair bit to work on so I have read

definitely agree with you.... I like the furniture in sims2, not so much in sims3 what I have seen so far....
I didnt like any of the sims games on ps2....sims were ugly, couldnt zoom in enough......and just hated the game play all together.... I was hoping it would of been the same as sims2 (but on console) but it wasnt....I was very disappointed and never played any of the sim games again on ps2....hope they dont do the same if sims3 is released on playstation....BORING....and will be totally DISAPPOINTING!!!!....again!!!!......
anyway getting back to this....sorry got a bit carried away for a minute..... yes definitely improve on the look of the furniture....sims2 furniture is really well done and realistic.......sims3 not so good
