Meaning it'll hatch to a particular type of dragon, depending on the time of year. I'm about to re-post the Dragon Guide I've been working on, so you'll see a couple of the things it can be.

DO NOT REMOVE THE %20 IT HAS TO BE IN THERE OR YOU GO TO A DIFFERENT SCROLL.
It is way down towards the bottom, and is named "Blackthorn Fuschia".
One theory for how a Sick/Neglected dragon is created is by abandoning an egg too many times (I don't know how many times specifically). It'll turn a sickly color, like shown above.
Also, I found out that the Vampire Dragon may also be the same as the "Zombie Dragon", and if that is the case, these Dragons are not allowed anymore so you can't get one if you don't already have one. TJ banned the these Dragons because a lot of people were killing their Dragons (supposedly you had to kill and revive a Dragon) in hopes to get a Zombie. And since the success rate of the revival working was incredibly low ... well, you get the idea.
