It's getting annoying, really. {glare}I don't think there's anything wrong with that tbh. They were just trying to make you the best you could be.
Re: The Official Girl Talk Thread! - Majick - 10-05-2009 10:31 PM Did you read the rest of that sentance, Ahmed? She continues on to state she thinks she might have a problem but they don't want to admit it. It's not just a matter of them wanting the best for her. Re: The Official Girl Talk Thread! - 2qewl4u - 10-05-2009 10:36 PM Then what else could it be? I'm sure they're not just doing that to annoy her. They might not realize she has a problem if she does Re: The Official Girl Talk Thread! - Majick - 10-05-2009 10:38 PM And that's what she was trying to say, lol. They don't want to ADMIT she might have a problem, obviously she's approached them about this, they would just rather tell her to sit up straight than get her taken care of. Re: The Official Girl Talk Thread! - Earth Mama - 10-05-2009 10:45 PM tbh, I don't want to admit it either. If they have really seen I have some flaw there, at least they should have taken me to a doc. Well, they did a while ago and the radiograph showed a minor deformity on a vertebra. Mu mom mostly tells me to straighten up whenever I'm tired or ...simply bored, cause I tend to bend a little. My mom is not that bad. Nor my dad. I was a bit nervous when I wrote that, lol.I am a bit of a spoilt brat, after all.
Re: The Official Girl Talk Thread! - Majick - 10-05-2009 11:01 PM My dad has a mild case of Spina Bifida, so mild you'd never know unless he told you. When I was younger, I had an accident and had to be taken to the ER for X-Rays, during the exam my dad asked the Dr. to look and see if there were any signs that I might have it too, but I came out clean, which seemed to relieve him a bit. For those who don't know what Spina Bifida is: Spina Bifida - a congenital neural tube defect in which part of the meninges or spinal cord protrudes through the spinal column, often resulting in neurological impairment.
