You'll have the direct link, which means only ONE egg will show up. That egg.
But yes, you need to refresh a lot and as soon as it shows up CLICK it. You Have to be FAST because if not, there is the risk someone else can grab it before you, because it does go to the abandoned page. Basically the link is a quick key to the egg the moment it's abandoned.
So far I've had good luck with it, but then I am very quick with refreshing.
The best way I've found ... is to hover your mouse around the area where the egg is going to appear (top part and about middle of the page) and just keep hitting F5 (automatically refreshes the page) until you see it, then click it.

Yeah brad, that's what is up there in the guide I wrote and the other part about how the link takes you straight to the to-be abandoned egg. I also just told her the fastest/easiest way to refresh

I've never even seen a rare. None of my eggs have hatched yet. How many clicks do you need before it cracks?
