I mean I have a .psd file (Photoshop document) and I got it from a friend, and it's a pic and I want to turn it into a pic.

Go to "Save As" then choose JPEG or JPG Smile hope that helped.

I've been trying to find out too, because I had to reinstall Photoshop, but couldn't find the serial key.  >Sad

But I guess you can't. Just like you can't open PaintShopPro files ['.PSP'] with any other program.

Maybe you could send it to someone who has Photoshop and ask them to save it as a '.PNG'.
PNGs have high quality and you can have transparent parts in them.

Oh, good old Photoshop. You need to have it installed in your PC, if you do, you open the file, go to Save As, and pick anything that's not *.psd basically (*.tiff would be the best if you're interested in having the best quality; but you should probably pick either *.jpeg or *.png)...
