I was given this computer as a gift and I have the option of returning it if I don't want it. I don't have the game with me to test it, and I really don't know much about these things, and the deadline for return is really near, so please help?

With it being a quad core, you should be fine, as the minimum spec was 2.4GHz on a Pentium 4, so you have effectively 6.64 to play with - in fact it should go pretty smoothly.
