I was expecting this to be a big feature in TS2 a long time ago, but alas... {rolleyes}
It would be really great if Sims could eat and watch TV at the same time, or talk on the phone and relax in bed.

yes its something i always wanted sims to do..like talk on the phone while preparing food..or even while watching tv or browsing the internet..
eating while watching tv is a good one too..cause so many people do it..

i also noticed sims couldnt talk from afar or while doing most things..
i think sims should always be able to communicate no matter what they are doing..

One feature in TS2 that was extremely disappointing was that you couldn't do things and listen to your MP3 player at the same time.
Activities like jogging, cleaning, and even doing homework become fun to do when while you listen to music.

and they should ipods and mp3s now..i think.
and yes i always wanted my sims to use their mp3s while going on a hike or jog and while working out especially..

Wow, lots of good ideas here. Also, I think Sims should be able to be on the phone while doing things like ironing, for example.
Doing two things at the same time will help get things done quicker, which is handy in a world of 24-minute days.
