If they can make a randon sim character generator, why can't they come up with at least a random firstname?

Im tired of having to make up names,especially last names,for my sims!
Yeah i think if we have a random sim generator i think we should i have a name generator.
There is something where you can download it and they'll generate names for you.

heres this random generator especially for the sims 2
i use it alot when i create neighborhoods when i get bored
and need families to put them in and cant waste my knowledge of sim names
to waste on some1 i wont play anyways here you go

I would like on ein the game though, I don't think we should hav eto download things that could easily be in the game.
{rolleyes} Even though we ARE forced to! (fixes and stuff)
THey could just use the thing that they do with townies, just add a few more names!
(cause otherwise we'd have all these sims with the same name in one neighbourhood!)

i never thought about that because in CAS I alwaysmake like 6 sims in one negborhood with the same name and I hate that! The should have last names too!

I dont really like the name generator i like choosing whatever names we want and i think they should keep the idea with choosing whatever name u want

You would still be able to choose your own name, but It would save you what seems like HOURS of thinking when you just wanna make a family and play.
