hmm.....
a hide-a-way laboratory XD
it can hide in a wall or be a bookcase entry way
and you can make lots of stuff with it
medicine
diseases(for evil sms)
hair dys
love potions
hate potions
little mutants(for EXTREMELY smart sims that are at the top of the knowledge skill )
mutants can act as house pets, monster, security, and companions (i want this for a creature in the sims3)
all that can be made from the hide-away laboratory

i have always wanted ceiling fans,heaters,ect. they had it in the sims 2 trailer but was not in the game {cursing}

no the fact that they were in the trailer but not in the game....
