I doubt it, I've seen the building's around it in other screens, and the grass is green. Also, there are trees growing out of the sand-ish looking unfinished grass.

I doubt they'd have something so "un-purposeful" in the official trailer. Plus, I doubt that's actual gameplay video. It's most likely tweaked.

hehe, that's a good eye ^^

Plus with the whole "not finished" thing, I keep thinking back to when TS2 stuff first came out and when you look back at it, it is nothing like TS2 so it wasn't finished when we thought it was finished.
