When the game sets up a neighbourhood for you in the menu, the picture is moving.
I have completed a new neighbourhood and taken a video of it but how do I transfer the moving video on to the menu picture?

From what I've read, there is no way to do so for a custom neighborhood. You can change the picture, but you can't add a video.
