heaters would be nice, like if there is ever a seasons ep then in the winter our sims can turn up the heat or in the summer turn on the airco. it's not 'cause yer in a house that you are automaticaly ok with whatever temperature.

This sounds good... poor Sims should be able to die from freezing temperatures if they don't have heaters... also, the air should stir around and get cooler in TS3 Seasons when it's winter.

mhm, winter is more than just snow. there should probably be like storms that make part of yer roof fall in or part of it that flies away. or a tree that falls over

Um...... Random comment not really contributing to the topic much much?
I think I would love to see the return of heaters (they had them in AL, and I think the M&G fans cooled sims down) but they would only really be useful with more extreme temperatures. In TS2, you actually had to set out to get your sims to freeze.
Although, I don't want the roof being blown off my house. that does sound TOO extreme.

And I believe that with this Seasons EP, some holidays will be included as well. Like you know, on the 4'th day of autumn we'll have Halloween and on the 2'nd of winter, there will be Christmas, 3'rd will be the New Year's. 1'st of spring Mother's day and so on. 8) All come with specific outfits and objects that are unlocked and available on their time.
As for Heaters, I think there should be a thermometer included on the screen, showing the temperature on the place you're in.
I'd like to see my sims warming themselves at a fireplace more often. and turn on the heaters in the other rooms.

I like the heater idea but i think that it could get a tad annoying
if your busy trying to do something, i think we should have an option in Options
to turn on or off heater effects. Otherwise, when i'm just playing to play that's pretty cool.
