I recently purchased the SimCity Classic CD for my brother...His computer runs Windows XP, but he is not connected to the Internet...
The computer will not up-load the CD...Does anyone know of a way I can get this game on his computer...????

I moved this seeing as it isn't The Sims.
As for your problem, is your computer up to date (drivers wise)?

Is it not showing the installation window or is it just not loading?
