problem with The Sims 2 kitchen and bath stuff - faykaterina - 29-01-2009 03:40 PM
Hi there,
I have already installed The Sims 2 last summer and now I installed The Sims 2 kitchen and bath stuff but I can't run the The sims 2 kitchen stuff or the Sims 2 either.
When I tried to run The Sims 2 kitchen and bath stuff I got the error message "could not write license data! Please contact Customer Support for further informations"
When I tried to run the Sims 2 I got an other error message "You are running the wrong version of The Sims 2. Please run The Sims 2 kitchen & bath Interior Design Stuff instead."
Please help

Try Downloading the latest patch from TheSims2.com first. If that doesn't help I suggest you call the Customer Service or Tech Support number.
You do need the K&B Disk to play the game, so using the base game disk won't do any good.

If it tells you to go to customer service, you probably need to go to customer service. However, do what Majick said first and if that doesn't work go to EA.
