While playing S2 Apartment Life, I took a family to their own vacation home. One of their guests is frozen in place and wont move or respond to interactions. I have tried exiting out and going back in, tried having everyone walk to community lot and have tried ending vacation, none of these have made her unlock, unfreeze or even do anything.

If your in debug mode, you can shift, right-click on the sim (it may just be right-click) and force error. This will un-freeze most sims. I can't check which it is as I don't have my computer.

Same thing happened to me. When I ended the vacation, someone got stuck so I just had everyone else leave and just waited forever for the other person to move, but then I think they just returned to their home when you check on it (after you exit out of the vacation home) But I can't be too sure because my memory is a tad fuzzy.
But try debug and make sure you have all of the patches installed so it won't happen again (Or shouldn't rather.)
