Hi there, I would really appreciate any ideas for this. I seem to run the game fine, and I surpass all the qualifications at "Can You Run It?" I've recently installed Bon Voyage on top of Double Deluxe and now I just seem to freeze up whenever I try to enter a larger lot. I built a mansion last night with my own inventory items easily. I tried to re-enter it today to decorate it and it just keeps freezing about half-way into the load screen. It shows a few lighted squares and animations and then nothing but an hourglass. I have no clue. I have 1.5 gig ram, plenty of room on the drive and my DX Diagnostics and graphics card settings are fine. Would it have mattered that I installed it on top of the store edition and kitchen and bath and mansion and garden stuff packs? I got no errors and assumed that it wouldn't be a problem as it did work on the smaller lots. Thanks for any ideas and suggestions!! {unsure}

Mine did the same thing. It might be a glitch that came with Mansions & Gardens stuff.

I don't, I only got the game yesterday.Drivers up to date. I will check for a patch at EA's site.
Edit: they don't have a patch for Mansions yet.

Thanks for the info but it's working fine now. I did a full uninstall and then a re-install in the chronological order they were released. (Store Edition last) Works like a charm now. {clap}

I guess try uninstalling and reinstalling.

As I have already deleted the lot, I won't bother.
I will get my own computer back in 2 months, then this game will be deleted. Then I will have all my expansions back.
