there should be doctor appointments and other check ups.. even therapy should be offered.
there should be pregnancy tests in the cabinets in the home for those who may be a little sick or suspectin the chance of bein pregnant.

Sadly, I disagree. I think that would make the game too realistic and EA wants to keep it cartoony and fun.
It's more about comedy and mischief than reality

I like the way you can tell if they're pregnant in TS2, it's so obvious because of the throwing up, even if you missed the little sound. xD

I think there should be more depth with the pregnancy, I mean like mood swings,weird appetites,etc.
As far for the pregnancy tests I think you should go to the doctor cause it would be more accurate.
