Hi, I'm Taylor and I'm having trouble with my game.
After I just installed my new expansion pack, Open for Business, my game started messing up. It loads fast and perfectly. My problem happens when I try to enter my residential lot. It loads fine, but when it comes to the game screen, it's black!!! The needs, and character bar is still there but behind it, it's all black. Also it won't let me choose anything on the needs menu. Can someone please help me!!!??!??

Try to patch the game.
Also, lower the settings in graphics.
And make sure your computer meets the specs.

I actually just fixed it.
I adjusted the 3d graphics settings on my graphics card, and changed my screen resolution and now its working just fine!
