When trying to install The Sims Complete Collection, get "error getting sku number from registry". can anyone please help so I can install the sims. Thanks

Hmm...are you talking about the regular sims?

If you are talking about The Sims 1, what you need to do is completely uninstall it as best as you can then run the SimEraser from one of the disks (It should be on there I'd think... I found someone else saying it was on it...) then install it again, and you should be able to run it.
