I downloaded a sim this morning from Sims 2 and I went into the sim bin in the game and it crashed, I tried a few times so I went to body shop and I found the sim who is causing the issue but when I click the sims to delete it says body shop has crashed, any help?

Take the sim out of your downloads folder.
Perhaps you are missing a mesh?

I just decided to reinstall it got too confusing, and lets just say today hasn't been the best day for me so this was the last thing I wanted!

.Just try uninstalling the game and then reinstalling the content.
