Hi, so I'm a bit fed up with my sim, he is never happy and failing out of school. I tried to get a trainer just to make him a bit more happier and to enhance my experience, so I would actually enjoy playing.
I downloaded a trainer for it, but it just doesnt work. It tells me to press Ctrl + 1, which I do and nothing happens at all. Can anyone help please?

I'm a little confused as to what you mean by trainer, too. D: Check 'n see if there's a readme file that came with the download. Maybe you can find your answer there. o:
