How do I cook fish? - Cororon - 03-01-2011 02:09 PM My selfsim missed work this morning. Well, she couldn't go because the action "go to work" didn't work. So she decided to try fishing for the first time. She caught this huge anchovy and two smaller. How can you cook them? Do you have any recipes to share? Dim Sum uses any three fish. "Bouillabaisse" uses any fish along with any vegetable. Then there are some of the obvious dishes that use the fish in it's name. I was a bit disappointed when I found out that I couldn't just grill the anchovies right there on the beach.
