I think it's a parody. Or like a student thing that she made at school... I can't read the comments so I don't know what people are making of it, but if you look at the channel of the person that uploaded it, there are other videos of teen girls who are as equally uncharismatic as she is doing similar sort of videos...

She's right. I mean, I still think it's a terrible song but I'm glad she made it... it gave everyone something to talk about and laugh at. xD It may be awful but you can't say you weren't in a better mood after watching it.
