How come my sims are dark?

I remember how to fix this, I just don't know how exactly. So whenever I try to change how my sims look or any of that stuff, they look really dark, like i can barely see them. Also when I click on something and it shows their head, it looks really dark. If someone could tell me how to fix that, I would really appreciate it! I want to change how one of my sims in my legacy looks but it is hard when I can barely see her head.

Well go in the game setting like last time and putting the lighting on high

Oh and I notice your smims clothes and items are blurry... put object detail on high also
