The Sims: Unleashed! Please help!!

Do you know anything about the Sims Unleashed expansion pack? When I try to install it nothing happens. A window pops up that has the files in it, but none of them are Setup. One of them is called The Sims Unleashed Installation, but when I try to open that another window opens that say "Open with.." and has a list of programs to open it with, which none work. If you do, I'd appreciate the help.
