white line on installation

Please help, whenever i try to install a white it line comes up.
If i minimize anything it will save a line of it.
I have ALL of the expansion packs ALL of them i paid lots of money.
The sims is one of my favorite games, and i was even going to make a playthrough.
Anyway help, i will probably marry you if you do
