I guess they're afraid that little kiddos would do it? I mean it takes two to woohoo (it rhymes!) but it only takes one to self-woohoo.
That thing is.. sims is about living, creating families and generations... and in order to do that you NEED woohoo.
But self-woohoo is really not needed.
