Well at least your lives seem kinda interesting, my day is just wake up, go to school, come home, eat and sleep, again and again and again. But then again it's better than some other people's lives.

Ah well, don't wish away those simple days too hastily Ollie. Before you know it you will have replaced 'wake-school-eat-sleep' with 'wake-work-eat-sleep'.

Eating polenta mixed with garlic, oregano & blue Stilton. Not so sure about the blue Stilton - I only tried that because I thought it's got penicillin in it & I'm currently ODing anything that's got vitamins or natural antibiotics in it to shift this bug. I think a creamier cheese would be better (I'm determined to avoid parmesan as too obvious).

I will avoid giving you a lecture on trying to treat a probably virus with antibiotics.

It's more to ward off ending up with a secondary infection from it. It's now been a week & I feel as bad as ever. I've eaten more fruit than Pacman & still it won't shift.



My cousin (the one that [removed] got so sniffy about me telling everyone here what an embarrassment to their kids they are) was on the phone last night & there's all sort of mad local viruses doing the rounds along the Thames Valley towns that are refusing to shift. My brother the night before reported the same going on in the Fens. Same business as up here - bad enough to be a real pig on day to day life, but not enough to justify being off work or in the kids case off school, so it keeps spreading to new victims.

In that case you are in no danger at all of any lectures. That must be a relief.

Sorry you feel so crap. A couple of people at work are looking rough and one went home feeling rotten on Thursday. It's only going to get worse now that the school terms are starting. Eek!

I worked a 3rd shift today (last night?) and then went for a walk because the sun was out and got some awesome pictures, so I'm feeling rather productive today! I've get to fit in sleeping because I have to work 3rd shift again tonight.

Waiting ten more minutes for my parsnips to complete their roasting so I can serve dinner. Very wayward, those parsnips. For a while they refused to cook at all and now they're crisping up very speedily!

It's been a lovely rainy day here with a grey sky and a bit of a gale kicking up. I stuck my headphones on and spent a bit of time planning what to build in BluebellFlora's new world and then did some rearranging of Aurora Skies, which I haven't played in at all yet. It is going to take years to see all that there is to see in TS3! After Christmas I will have all the EPs (except Showtime) and I think I'll do a clean installation at that point and then get all the Store content properly organised and backed-up. Also I'm going to re-make all my sims because the early ones might benefit from traits and outfits from later packs.

Sorry, that was a slight outpouring of my mind there.
