Watching a series of short stories (from BBC) called "Inside number 9". Love a bit of dark comedy.

Right now I am placing online orders for whisky. Tough job but someone's got to do it. Got half an eye on a programme about Japanese cooking, which is making me peckish even though I only just ate my tea!

The trouble with watching Japanese cookery programmes is you want to watch another 10 minutes later. Or is that Chinese?

First evening in ages my feet aren't like blocks of ice. There's some nice cloud in the sky so it won't be as cold tonight. I also wimped out & put the heating back on. Yeah, so much for the Friday heatwave we were promised!

Right now I am catching up with the first episode of "The Walshes". I really like Graham Linehan shows. Apparently some critics have been panning it but I think it's quite sweet and funny in a cringing way.

I am writing lists of ingredients and planning the timings for baking on Thursday night. I have somehow been roped into making multitudinous baked goods for a work thing on Friday. Oh well at least I'll get to eat them too!
