My Sims are too slow

*this reply goes to everyone who has the speed problem.

I think mine works, I use it most of the time! I have the "testingcheatsenabled" on so I don't really have needs anymore, so make my sims read all the "skills" books 24/7 till they all reach 100%.  {blush}

The speed seems pretty much the same as the other games for me. Maybe you should record a video of your sims in all the different speed modes and upload them online, and everyone can compare them? see if they all seem to be the same? ???  Try using the # pad on the right of your computer, 1=play 2=fast 3=faster 4=very fast it think 0 is pause.

well, hope you guys get it working right! {unsure} maybe sims 3 tech support would help? the 1-800 # should be in the back of the little book.

Oh, is your game a downloaded copy off the net? maybe a torrent? I was thinking maybe that could be a reason?  ???
